In information compiled by Hometrack, a property analyst group, property prices in London rose y 1.6% in March. In the UK, Edinburgh appears to have fared strongly with an increase of 8.8% in property prices. Nottingham is next on the list with a rise of 8% and then you have Manchester, which witnessed a rise of 7.4%.
