There has been a considerable amount of development work undertaken in Stockport in recent times and this Grade A office, the first in Stockport for many years, has helped to transform not only the look of the area but the viewpoint as well.
It would be fantastic if the Stockport Exchange wins the award, but it needs to be said that there is a strong level of competition from Manchester. There are many stunning commercial developments in the city and you wouldn’t be surprised if there is a higher volume of people backing the bigger developments. However, there is no denying that there is an intense sense of pride in Stockport and this may be enough to drive the project to success.
