Compared to online-only agents, traditional estate agents generated 64% more offers

In 73% of cases, traditional estate agents earned a 5% higher price than online-only agents

There is confidence in working with a traditional estate agent and this is true for buyers and sellers. The study suggested that for a property selling for £250,000; a vendor using an online-only estate agent would receive £12,500 less than a vendor that selected a traditional estate agent.
