This has happened in the United States of America for a while and it has been deemed a success, so it is probably no surprise that it is now available on this side of the Atlantic. It looks as though there will be close to 300,000 rental property listings from the Zoopla Property Group, or ZPG, and agents who are part of the OnTheMarket group.

The users that are on Facebook looking for rental accommodation will be able to sort the listings by a range of search criteria and then they can contact the agent directly with respect to the property that they are keen to view or consider. It is likely that this will have an impact on the market and it remains to be seen whether the firms that aren’t able to promote or present on Facebook will be limited by this move.
